Frequently asked questions

What does Core Purpose Tech do?
We are a technology consultancy that helps organizations align capability, technology, and purpose, working across strategy, systems architecture, platform and data engineering, and operational AI to build systems that create real, lasting value.
Where is Core Purpose Tech based?
We are based in Copenhagen, Denmark, and work with enterprises and public-sector organizations across Denmark and the European Union.
What kinds of organizations do you work with?
We work with enterprises and public-sector organizations operating in environments with significant complexity, regulatory requirements, and long operational horizons, where systems need to remain reliable and governable as they evolve.
How do you approach AI projects?
We focus on operational AI: systems that integrate with existing platforms and workflows with control, traceability, and reliability, rather than isolated experiments. That includes secure, on-premises deployments where data residency matters.
Can you run AI on data that cannot leave our control?
Yes. Where data residency or contractual constraints rule out a hosted model, inference runs on infrastructure you control, reached through a governed gateway that handles routing, access, policy enforcement, and audit evidence. We run open-weight models on our own on-premises Kubernetes platform, so this is the setup we operate ourselves rather than only recommend.
What does the EU AI Act ask of an organization that uses AI systems?
Most of the obligations that land on a deployer, rather than a provider, turn out to be architectural: knowing which systems are in scope, keeping logs that show what a system did, making human oversight real rather than nominal, and being able to tell people when they are interacting with AI. That is system design work, and it is easier to build in than to retrofit.
How does an engagement start?
We start with system context: what exists, what constrains it, and which decisions are actually open. That produces the architecture and operating choices worth making, and we then implement and operationalize the ones you decide to act on. The first step is a conversation, not a proposal document.
